Saudi Hotels & Resort Areas seals SR50m financing deal with Riyad Bank

The Saudi Arabian Tadawul All-Share Index fell 0.67% to 7,124.30 points Monday. Sabic gained 0.83% to reach SR91.25. Shares of Saudi Hotels & Resort Areas Co. or Sharco ended down 0.70% at SR29.80. Earlier in the day, Sharco said it signed a Murabaha (Islamic cost-plus finance) facility with Riyad Bank (up 0.22% at SR23.10) on April 22 at total amount of SR50m (without guarantee) to provide the required funds to renovation of Riyadh Marriott Hotel furniture.
