- Saudi Arabia: Sunday, November 18 - 2012 at 01:50
Jubarah Suraisari, the Saudi transport minister has said there is a critical need to examine the cause of delays in government projects around the kingdom, Arab News has reported. While some projects are not completed on time and many are at a standstill, there is a need to explore if delays are caused by bureaucratic, financial or administrative reasons or due to employment shortfall in qualified technical or administrative fields, he said. "It is important to adopt a scientific approach to find out the causes leading to these delays," the minister added.
