Saudi mobile users may start receiving free incoming calls while roaming

The Saudi Shoura Council has given the green light to the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) to instruct telecom companies to not charge mobile users in the kingdom for receiving calls while abroad, Arab News has reported. The council said that the security measures should be taken to prevent misuse of the service.
