- PRESS RELEASE
Saudi Airlines Cargo Co. has announced that it will add additional flights to selected routes in its existing freighter schedule.
"We are increasing capacity on these routes on the request of our clients in Hong Kong and Bangladesh" commented Peter Scholten, VP Commercial at Saudi Airlines Cargo. "We are upgrading our weekly B747 freighter services in Hong Kong to a strong product by offering 3 direct flights to Lagos and 6 direct flights to Europe. Of course all flights make commercial stops at our hubs in Saudi Arabia from where we connect to other destinations in our network. In Dhaka we are anticipating strong demand from our clients to the European markets. All our 4 weekly flights are already sold out until March 2014."
The new schedule will take effect from March 2013 and April 2013 respectively.
Saudi Airlines Cargo operates scheduled freighter services with 13 freighters and sells the belly-capacity on 145 passenger aircraft for Saudi Arabia's flag carrier Saudia, spanning a rapidly expanding global network of 225 destinations. The cargo airline also provides cost-effective and practical worldwide charter flight solutions from a growing fleet of dedicated charter aircraft.
