The Professional Makeup Artist is responsibilities Demonstrating and implementing a practical understanding of lighting, the photographic process, colours and the impact of special effects/make e up processes on the skin; Understand the needs of each presenter/ guest to meet perspectives before doing actual styling. Style the presenter/ guest with regards to needed make-up and coloring Ensuring that appropriate action is taken to minimise unpleasant side effects from the use of specialist make-up Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of available make-up and beauty products; Ensuring that appropriate action is taken to minimize unpleasant side effects from the use of specialist make-up/hairdressing techniques; Maintaining awareness of health and safety issues and legislation; Casting facial and body moulds and sculpting latex foam - known as prosthetics; Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of available make-up and beauty products; Sourcing, budgeting and ordering materials and equipment from specialist suppliers; Time management - knowing how long a subject will take to be made-up; Working quickly and accurately in time-pressured conditions; Taking detailed notes and photographs of work, maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of work.
Ensure that the branches within the assigned area meet the company’s targets & policies, enhance staff performance and maximize profits through:
- Monitoring branch managers in all their duties & responsibilities - Training, challenging, motivating and providing constructive guidance to store managers and the team related to all areas of effective operations - Monitoring and following up the Visual Merchandisers' work in the assigned branches - Scheduling regular store visits to ensure compliance in all areas of customer service, store operations, and loss prevention

Some typical tasks which are within the scope of the role are as follows:-
• Conduct regular field sales activities. • Preview all enquiries and coordinate with the Sales Manager for the proper course of action. • Directs and follow-up with the sales coordinator to prepare and issue quotations for potential orders. • Follow-up of quotations with potential customers. • Conducts and coordinates the company’s’ resources in dealing with such matters as negotiations, agreements and fulfillment of sales contracts. • Liaise with customers on contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate the company resources dealing with such matters. • Attends to the needs and complaints of customers and provide the necessary field service support
