SEHA's Emiratization campaign to reach more than 18,000 Emirati talents at Najah 2012

SEHA, the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company, aims to reach more than 18,000 Emirati talents with excellent career opportunities at "Najah 2012".

The SEHA stand is located in Hall 5, stand B20 at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, the exhibition will be welcoming visitors from tomorrow, 16 October to 18 October 2012.

SEHA's custom-made stand will give a chance to upcoming Emirati talents to experience healthcare jobs in a simulated environment. The stand is featuring several sections, each showcasing a real life scenario of a healthcare job profile - Nurse's room, Examination room, X-ray room, Laboratory and Pharmacy.

Commenting on SEHA's participation at Najah, Group HR Director, Mr. Mohamed Hareb Al Qemzi, said, "We are always looking to make career opportunities in healthcare more attractive to the Emirati youth. SEHA's stand at Najah will be an exciting start to a promising career across the SEHA HealthSystem."

In line with the 2030 Vision of the leadership of Abu Dhabi to turn the capital into a world-class city, SEHA is actively implementing the Emiratization campaign to support the balanced and sustainable all-round growth of the capital of UAE.

In 2011, SEHA's inspirational Let's Keep Abu Dhabi Smiling campaign helped motivate talented youth and experienced UAE nationals to consider and take up career opportunities within the healthcare sector. Following the success of 2011, SEHA is reaching out to the UAE nationals with a strong message in 2012. The "Count Me In" campaign is the voice of the Emirati youth; it inspires and motivates talented Emiratis to pursue a career in healthcare.

Al Qemzi, said, "We have very clear goals for our Emiratization program in 2012. Through Najah, we aim to reach out to the Emirati youth, informing them about the career opportunities and benefits within the healthcare sector in Abu Dhabi."
