Sharjah University and Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor Foundation discuss ways to enhance partnership

A delegation from Sharjah University discussed with senior executives from the 'Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor Foundation' ways to enchance the partnership between Sharjah University and the Foundation at the Al Habtoor Group head office in Dubai.
Mr Al Marzooqi stressed the importance and special care given by Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor to education and the Foundation's role in the development of individuals and societies, praising the leading educational role played by the Sharjah University and the high quality education it provides.
Dr Salah Taher El Haj commended the Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor Foundation for its educational and community activities, noting the prominent role played by Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor in support of education and continuous learning.
The Sharjah University delegation presented the programs and educational services provided by the University to meet the highest standards, such as institutes, centers, laboratories, medical research and training programs. It also noted the importance given to the students through the establishment of the Alumni Association which has a strong emphasis on a sustainable role in society for the graduates in shaping the future of their nation as well as promoting the spirit of belonging and communication between them and their university.
At the end of the meeting, the two parties stressed the need to enhance their cooperation and create a partnership that would contribute to the development of the education sector and community service.
