Silah Gulf (Silah), a multi-award winning business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience provider serving the GCC region, has officially launched Silah Consulting in Bahrain and Kuwait.
Working with top global experts in the fields of call centre strategy, customer experience management and outsourcing, who will pool in their international knowledge and state-of-the-art research resources, Silah will help businesses in the Gulf grow their market share and profitability.
Joe Tawfik, CEO, Silah commented on the need for such a service in growing private sector businesses in the region.
