Social4ce helps Silkor increase sales via Facebook

Silkor, the MENA leading chain for hair laser removal and skin care, managed to increase sales by 15% by launching with social media consultancy Social4ce, an effective Facebook offers program during Q4 2012.
Silkor and Social4ce were distinguished during the Facebook Studio Edge that was held in Dubai on the 29th of January 2013 for the work that was done part of the Facebook offers program and the outstanding results that came out from it.
Facebook offers are coupons that don't cost anything to create, but that are promoted with a Facebook Ads campaign. Once they are live, when a Facebook user claims an offer, they will receive an email that they can show at the Page's physical location in order for them to get the discount.
Silkor first launched their Facebook Page late 2010. In 2 years, the brand managed to create a large and qualified community on Facebook with over 26 000 Fans.
"The main reason why people usually first like a brand page on Facebook is to get discounts and stay up to date with promotions. Silkor fans are interacting with the brand because they have fallen in love with what SIlkor promotes and because of the human tone behind every communication on Facebook. This is why Silkor managed to make a double profit from their Facebook Offers investment: in only two weeks, they boosted their sales by 15% and they increased their fan base by 13%," says Monica Karam, Social Media Strategist at Social4ce.
"Our plan for 2013 is to focus the biggest part of our communication efforts on social media," says Lara Tarakjian, Managing Director of Silkor.
