Sorbonne Abu Dhabi University announces science undergraduate programme

To expand its academic offerings, Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi announces the launch of Bachelor of Physics, its 10th undergraduate degree, during its Open Day at 1pm on Al Reem island campus.
The Bachelor of Physics will offer students the fundamentals in the multifaceted field of physics. Spanning three years, this exclusive programme will be offered in English by innovative lecturers and covers an array of topics including mathematics, computer sciences, and applied physics. For the first two years, this course is designed for students to acquire interdisciplinary knowledge of physics including the theoretical and experimental aspects. In the last year, students will refine their skills and specialisation through mandatory work placement in a laboratory, academic entity or industrial institution.
The Pierre and Marie Curie University (UPMC) belongs to the top 50 worldwide and to the top 10 European best universities according to the latest Shanghai Academic ranking. With 3,250 researchers in 120 laboratories, the Pierre and Marie Curie University partners with major French organisations and prestigious foreign universities, like Sorbonne Abu Dhabi, to promote French academic excellence.
