Spotlight to be on RAK International Airport at World Routes Development Forum

RAK International Airport is expected to make key announcements at the 18th World Route Development Forum to be held in Abu Dhabi from September 29th to October 2nd at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
Andrew Gower, CEO of RAK International Airport, said: "RAK International Airport has been experiencing 25% year on year growth and as the emirate of Ras Al Khamiah finds itself on the map of several airlines around the world we are gearing ourselves for further growth in coming years. The Routes Forum is an ideal business platform for us to network, discuss and attract airlines to Ras Al Khaimah.
"The 18th World Route Development Forum is the largest annual international event developed specifically to encourage airports like us, and airlines, to meet directly to discuss new routes, global growth potential and challenges facing the global aviation industry. We will be meeting leaders from regional airports, airlines and tourism boards to discuss the opportunity to explore the potential of RAK Airport and the emirate as a destination."
