STC: More than 1.5 million visited the new website

The new websites are easier to navigate and richer in content connected to STC's products, services, current and future projects.

Further, the two websites rest on a more solid technology, design and the most reliable web-authoring techniques that combine ease of use and quicker accessibility on part of customers, shareholders and media people.

Help and Support section and graphics intended to help customers get better service and take much of the burden away from STC's Call Centers.

While navigating across the STC's websites, navigators found it reflective of STC's future strategy that primarily accentuates the enrichment of customers' experience and furnishing them with integrated solutions planned for multiple applications via which STC aspires to provide a single platform characterized with the smooth use of modern technology.

It is noteworthy that STC equipped "My STC" portal with a host of advanced features including, but not limited to, One-Time-Password feature, Internet credit-balance feature (for both postpaid and prepaid SAWA users), in addition to enabling customers to design their home page and add information of their preference every time they visit "My STC" portal via their Home Page "My Bookmarks".

Prepaid customers may track their call history and retrieve the date of recharge, credit transfers to SAWA, in addition to finding out the credit limit of a specific mobile number belonging to the customer, and retrieving passwords of their own chipsets together with other exclusive features.
