STC expands Wi-Fi coverage to Mina

In line with STC's efforts to serve pilgrim and to facilitate constant communication with their loved ones with the best packages and competitive rates, the company expanded its Wi-Fi coverage to include the Hajj ritual site 'Mina' and raised its coverage reach by adding additional hotspots, enabling pilgrims to browse the Internet for free at many locations in the Hajj ritual sites during this Hajj season.

STC Wi-Fi service was made available for free to Jood customers, and is available to all other customers, including those with other service providers, through SAWA prepaid cards.

STC Wi-Fi service was launched to enable pilgrims to browse the Internet in public places via their laptops or smartphones, and to remain connected to high speed and quality Internet at all times.

STC is actively working to expand its Wi-Fi coverage zones, by targeting areas that are populated with customers, and shopping malls and centers throughout the Kingdom. More information about coverage locations can be found at M3com portal: m3com.com.sa/wifi/hotspots.

Customers can request the username and password if forgotten by sending an SMS to 907, containing 8111 followed by space then the phone number with the area code.
