STC launches advanced version of its website

STC launched the advanced version of its official website www.stc.com.sa and 'My STC' portal my.stc.com.sa, which were developed with novel concept and state-of-the-art design to better fulfill customer demand for the latest multi-play services via feasible technology.

The new portals provide higher reliability, faster browsing and richer content that showcase STC's products and services, current and future projects via an elegantly designed website that is more reliable, advanced, and easier to use for all users, whether they are customers, partners, or media.

The new version also features a 'Help & Support' section that contains illustrations and directions saving the user's time when searching for specific services, and to reduce the load on call centers.

STC stressed that the new portals reflect its future strategy that centers around enriching customer experience and furnishing them with integrated solutions based on multiple applications under one single, modern and easy-to-use platform.

STC has equipped its "My STC" portal with a host of advanced features including, but not limited to, One-Time-Password feature, Internet credit-balance feature (for both postpaid and prepaid SAWA users), in addition to enabling customers to design their home page and add information of their preference every time they visit "My STC" portal via their Home Page "My Bookmarks".

Prepaid customers may track their call history and retrieve the date of recharge, credit transfers to SAWA, in addition to finding out the credit limit of a specific mobile number belonging to the customer, and retrieving passwords of their own chipsets together with other exclusive features.
