Tadawul bourse recovers as oil prices bounce back

The Tadawul All-Share Index (Tasi) advanced a quarter percentage point Tuesday, closing at 6,977.67 points. Oil prices (DME Oman Crude) added $0.40 to reach $108.55. Bellwether Sabic gained 0.83% to reach SR90.75, ending a 6-day losing streak. Shares of Saudi Industrial Development Co. closed unchanged. Earlier in the day, the firm announced to hold its 21st AGM on October 9 in Jeddah for the second time this year as the first session gathering was not concluded due to a lack of quorum.
