Tadawul index hits upper Bollinger band near key resistance

The Tadawul All-Share Index gained 0.27% to reach 7,095.48 points Wednesday, which marks the last trading session in the Saudi week. The gauge approaches the resistance level at 7,165, the old high from Jan. 9 2013 and Sep. 15 2012. Market breadth remained slightly positive as 72 shares advanced while 64 declined. Sabic advanced 0.80% to reach SR94.50. National Medical Care Co. (NMC) which went public on March 13, dived 9.81% to SR82.75. Since its first listing day, NMC lost 32.17% in value.
