- PRESS RELEASE
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia and Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp) will be co-organising international Outreach and Engagement sessions in the Middle East from 13 - 18 March 2013.
o Manama, Bahrain (Wednesday, 13 March 2013);
o Doha, Qatar (Thursday, 14 March 2013);
o Dubai, UAE (Friday, 15 March 2013);
o Abu Dhabi, UAE (Sunday, 17 March 2013); and
o Muscat, Oman (Monday, 18 March 2013).
The Networking Dinners will bring together Malaysian professionals and Malaysia's leading O&G companies like Petrofac Malaysia Limited, Petrofac E&C Sdn Bhd, and RNZ Integrated (M) Sdn Bhd, as well as Healthcare representatives like Sime Darby Healthcare. Additionally, the sessions will explore the scope for collaboration and professional opportunities that are available in Malaysia. The evening will also provide a good opportunity for the diaspora to be appraised with the latest updates on Malaysia's Economic and Government Transformation Programmes.
The Outreach and Engagement sessions also serve to create platforms to ease the search for professional opportunities by returning Malaysians and at the same time, enable leading Malaysian companies to tap into a wider talent pool to meet their growing industry needs. Additionally, these engagements help to establish channels for Malaysians to contribute from abroad, and potentially initiate conversations that lead to new ideas for cross-border business and professional opportunities.
