Tasdeer supports Qatari medical products exports at Arab Health

Tasdeer, Qatar's export development agency, was launched by Qatar Development Bank (QDB) in 2011 with the objective to develop, support, and globally promote exports from Qatar through export financing and export development and promotion support to Qatar-based SME exporters.
Mr. Mansoor Bin Ibrahim Al-Mahmoud, Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Development Bank, said, "Tasdeer's export development services focus on products and services offered to the exporters in the area of capability and capacity building, market and business-related intelligence and market advisory services. As part of its export promotion services, Tasdeer is focusing on facilitating the participation of exporters in identified exhibitions in the target markets. Exhibitions are an important tool for export promotion and I'm sure both the medical products companies will take maximum advantage through their participation and increase exports."
Mr. Hassan Khalifa Al Mansouri, Executive Director of Qatar Export Development Agency "Tasdeer" a division of Qatar Development Bank (QDB), said, "Arab Health is the largest Healthcare exhibition and congress in the Middle East and second largest in the world attracts over 80,000 healthcare professionals including top importers from around the globe. With a regional industry worth $80bn the participation of Qatari Health Care companies will help make the right connections towards export promotion. He added that in line with its objective to encourage Qatari companies to expand their reach in the international market, Tasdeer had supported these two Qatari exporters towards their participation in Arab Health Expo 2012 which had helped these companies not only to book substantial export orders but also gave them a good exposure to the technological advancements in the health sector. Mr. Hassan hoped that this participation will further enhance these two companies foray into other international markets and assured Tasdeer's support to these two companies both in terms of export development & export financial services."
