Tawazun makes its debut in Qatar at international internal security exhibition

Tawazun Holding, the strategic investment firm focused on the long-term development of the UAE's industrial manufacturing and technology capabilities, is to make its debut appearance at the defense trade show Milipol Qatar.

From October 8 to 10, Tawazun will be joining a number of prestigious UAE-based companies as a main exhibitor at the UAE Pavilion being hosted by the exhibition.

Building on a series of noteworthy participations at several key international and regional shows this year, Tawazun is preparing to exhibit for the first time ever at the internal security trade show. It will showcase the latest products and solutions on offers for the market in the field of homeland security, safety and infrastructure protection.

The Exhibition - under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar and Crown Prince, His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani -is bringing together defense industry professionals from the Middle East, the Near East and Asia for them to showcase products and services in the public and industrial security sector.

With a large array of offerings and diverse portfolio, Tawazun brings a number of its increasingly acclaimed 'Made in the UAE' defense products, including armored vehicles made by defense automotive manufacturer Nimr, military and sporting weapons produced by Tawazun Advanced Defense Systems (TADS) and Caracal International, shooting management offerings from Remaya, autonomous systems solutions from Abu Dhabi Autonomous Systems Investments (ADASI) as well as munitions manufactured by Burkan and Caracal Light Ammunition (CLA).

Among the products on display, Tawazun is showcasing CLA's new shot shell ammunition line which is the first-of-its-kind being manufactured in the Middle East and which is catering to the sport shooting market. Nimr will display its 4x4 and 6x6 armored vehicles which have been designed to suit the region's harsh terrains and extreme weather conditions. Caracal International, Tawazun's small arms manufacturer, will have a variety of its pistols as well as CSR and CC10 rifles on display. ADASI is showcasing a host of innovative solutions, including its flagship offering, Al Sabr - an Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) system - as well as its latest range of small aerostat systems.

Held in Doha from October 8 -10, Tawazun will join a total of 12 UAE companies under the UAE pavilion. The UAE exhibition area is occupying the largest pavilion for Middle East and GCC countries which is helping to further strengthen ties between the two neighbor countries.
