Human Dimensions Company, representative of Thomas International UK, a global leader in Human Resources Assessment and Development services, announces the end of its 2 day "Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) International Certification" workshop program held at Costa del Sol hotel, Kuwait.
1. On the mechanics of the Thomas assessment systems - assisting them in understanding, What Thomas assessments can do for their people, and how these assessments can help improve their businesses.
2. It also, helps equip delegates with practical skills, such as, how to read personality profiles, how to give feedback to candidates, as well as, how to modify behaviors to manage a team, thus assisting leaders to become better People Managers.
3. The workshop also works to bring about awareness among HR managers and other decision makers.
