Tibiaan Properties has appointed a chief operating officer as it gears up to launch into an expansion phase. The new COO, Roger Beaumont, served recently as Vice President Real Estate Sales and Marketing with Muriya Tourism Development and previously as Senior Sales and Leasing Manager at The Wave, Muscat.
In the four years that he has spent in Muscat, Roger has developed a reputation of a strategic planner with the ability to think out-of-the-box and develop creative solutions. He has inspired by example and motivated his team by leading from the front to deliver outstanding results.
Fahad Al Ismaili, Executive Director of Tibiaan Properties, commented, "Roger possesses in-depth knowledge of Oman's real estate sector and is joining Tibiaan at an opportune time when real estate is at an upward trend. We believe that Roger's calibre, expertise and understanding of the local market will contribute to Tibiaan's growth and success in the coming years."
Tibiaan Properties' roots can be traced back to 2002. Over the past years, it has kept a low profile, slowly but steadily building on its strengths and at the same time, creating a reputation of being one of Oman's most reliable real estate service providers. This has been based on its philosophy of simplifying the world of property for its clients and remaining transparent at all times. The company now offers an array of services that include real estate brokerage services (residential and commercial sales and leasing), property management, land sales & project sales and marketing.
In a short span of time, Tibiaan Properties has opened up the realty market in Oman to international investors and has delivered a range of services to satisfied clients. Roger Beaumont is expected to accelerate the growth of the company by leveraging its strengths and establishing it as an end-to-end real estate solutions provider.
