TMT Finance Middle East conference announces expansion to North Africa for 2013

TMT Finance Middle East North Africa 2013 Conference and Awards, which takes place at Mina A' Salaam, Madinat Jumeirah Dubai, will gather key players from telecoms, media, technology, finance and advisory institutions to debate the latest opportunities for investment and partnerships across the region and globally.
