Touch launches prepaid voice roaming

Touch customers holding prepaid lines of all kinds: magic, start, smart and super can now make and receive calls while being abroad in any of the following countries: United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) through Etisalat, Jordan through Zain, Kuwait through Zain, Saudi Arabia through STC, Egypt through Mobinil and Etisalat, and Italy through HI3G.

Many more countries will be included before the year's end. Noting that the price per minute for prepaid voice roaming is the same as postpaid minute, and customers can visit Touch website to review the price list per country.

"With the launch of Prepaid Voice Roaming, Touch would have provided its customers with the complete set of roaming services that ensure a continuous communication with their loved ones while abroad," said Mr Nadim Khater, Chief Commercial Officer at Touch.

Moreover, Khater highlighted, "The main feature of prepaid voice roaming service, which is the activation of the service by default as soon as the customer is abroad."
