The target audience for most of the participating companies will include the Royal Oman Police (ROP), Ministries & Government Organisations, Oil & Gas Sector companies, Road Construction companies and the private sector in general as can be seen from the products that these companies are planning on exhibiting.
Hi Tech Projects will be offering products like traffic light controllers, traffic signal heads, vehicle detection cameras, traffic data collection cameras, road safety products and emergency vehicle safety products (light bars, sirens and other warning signals). Waleed Associates will be showcasing traffic light equipment, traffic radars, Variable message signs, guard rails, weighing machines (for trucks), Uninterruptible power systems (UPS) and crash cushions.
IMTAC participating with their main principle Vitronic (Germany) will be displaying the latest products (PoliScanspeed fixed, PoliScanspeed mobile, PoliScanred+speed) and solutions (PoliScanoffice, Automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) from the same. Along with their business partner Kustom Signals, INC they will also be showcasing PLVideo, VieVu and ProLaser4 as part of their product category.
Ray International will use the expo to highlight their IVMS - In Vehicle Monitoring System and Boat/Marine Tracking System while Rolta Middle East will showcase their services like Demo on traffic management and control system, Command and Control and Rolta Experience in Transportation ; their product i.e. Dubai Metro Project ; their technology i.e. Onpoint web based GIS solution and their solution i.e. General Geospatial solution for Transport.
The Traffic Safety Expo 2012 aims to throw light on the latest technologies, solutions and services related to Traffic and Road Safety, Fire Safety, Accidents and Emergencies as well as CSR Initiatives by Corporates and HSE demonstrations by industries in Oman. Exhibitors participating at the expo include road safety, traffic, fire and emergency solution providers, product manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, distributors, contractors and consultants among others.
