The underlining goal of the agreements, an initiative of Yilmaz Arslan, the Governor of Batman, Turkey, is to enhance relations between the UAE and Turkey with regards to the exchange of medical expertise.
On the sidelines of the agreement signing ceremony that took place at the Saudi German Hospital located in Al Barsha 3 District (new Dubai), Dr. İbiş and Dr. Bicer provided a comprehensive overview of their respective areas of expertise and specialisation. While Dr. Bicer is a specialist in medical aesthetic practice, specifically in hair transplantation, botox, fillers and cosmetic surgery, Dr. İbiş is acclaimed as one of Turkey's leading experts in non-surgical aesthetics. The specialised services of the two doctors will, in due course, be made available at Saudi German Hospital in Dubai.
A graduate of Ankara School of Medicine, Dr. İbiş was a pioneer of skin care awareness and services in Turkey in the early 1980s. Dr. İbiş serves as the CEO of 'Flavius' Anti-Aging Clinics and his patients from around the globe seek his advice for acne, scar, wrinkle, stretch mark and hair loss treatments. His high-profile clients include bureaucrats, artists and entrepreneurs. He is also known for hosting the TV program, 'Beautiful Life' on Turkish television.
