Steven Bond discussed the digitisation of linear television in the Middle East with Dr. Naser Schruf, Head of Distribution (MEA) for Germany's international broadcaster Deutsche Welle, following his appearance at TV Connect Mena to publicise the new channel, DW-TV Arabia.
