Twitter and Instagram widens the web for Ab-dul Rahman Albisher and Zaid Alkazemi Co. Mercedes-Benz Kuwait

A.R. Albisher and Z. Alkazemi Co.-the exclusive general distributor for Mercedes-Benz in Kuwait - has increased its accessibility for customers with the launch of two new social media channels - Twitter and Instagram.

Joining an already strong Facebook page and 'MB Kuwait'iPhone app - with over 11,000 followers and 1,200 downloads respectively - the new additions keep customer service on the cutting edge by capitalising on young Kuwaiti's love for all things online.

Nearly a third of all Kuwaitis have a Facebook account, and with 60 million tweets made in March 2012 alone, Kuwait represents over 8% of all tweets in the Arab world. Mercedes-Benz Kuwait's growing online presence goes a step further in connecting with thisnew inter-net savvy generationof three pointed star fans, conveniently opening two way online communications to provideand discuss the latest news and key developments from the luxury German brand.

And the popularity of the new social networking sites is clear, with 550 followers on Instagram @MercedesBenzKWT, and 400 followers on twitter - @MercedesBenzKWT already, despite only launching recently.

Michael Ruehle, General Manager, A.R. Albisher and Z. Alkazemi Co., tweeted this link to a post on the MBKuwait facebook page: "So-cial media is a natural extension of the traditional communication channels we use to effectively reach out to our customers. We are committed to raising the standards of luxury automotive customer service to new heights in Kuwait. By widening our channels of com-munication online, we are providing cutting edge convenience and forging new and existing long term customer relationships for Mer-cedes-Benz."
