The UAE central bank has said lenders operating in the country are in a good financial position and enjoy excellent capital adequacy, Gulf News has reported. The central bank board reviewed the report of the Assistant Governor for Monetary Policy and Financial Stability, which confirmed that banking indicators are considered positive and that banks are in a good financial position, and enjoy an excellent capital adequacy," the apex lender said.
