Milipol Qatar - the region's most influential trade exhibition dedicated to internal state security - has announced unprecedented levels of demand from exhibitors from the United Arab Emirates. Twenty-two UAE companies will occupy the largest pavilion for Middle East and GCC countries.
This will be the ninth edition of this leading international event, which is a technological showcase for innovative products and services in the public and industrial security sectors, and helps to shape internal security policy in the Gulf and beyond.
With Milipol Qatar 2012 now on the horizon, the organisers of the event have released new figures detailing the number of exhibitors and the number of international pavilions, including those countries in these two categories that are showing at Milipol Qatar for the first time.
Additionally, Milipol Qatar has detailed the total amount of floor space which will be used for display purposes - a number significantly larger than at Milipol Qatar's last edition in 2010 - as well as the identity of some major new exhibitors from the top drawer of the internal security sector.
Twenty-two of the 239 exhibitors at Milipol Qatar will be UAE-based companies: Elements Business Media Fz Llc; Tawazun Holding; Glock Middle East Fze; Adasi; Burkan; Remaya; Caracal International Llc; Tawazun Advance Defense Systems; Emirates Advances Industries; Caracal Light Ammunition; Nimr Automotive Llc; Motorola Solutions Ltd; Morse Middle East; Stratign Fzco; Al Hamra Trading Est; Advanced Middle East Systems; Advanced Integrated Systems AIS; Safa Telecom; Al Majdal Trading Company Llc; Digital Barriers; IDEX 2013; and the Security Review and Nation Shield.

There will be numerous international pavilions at Milipol Qatar 2012, with Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, France, USA and Canada repeating their previous representation at Milipol Qatar. Milipol's Director of Security Events, Michael Weatherseed, commented: "The response from exhibitors to the opportunity presented by Milipol Qatar 2012 has been extremely enthusiastic and many companies will be joining us who have registered for the event online. The exhibiting companies are in place and with such a strong and extensive roster, this edition of Milipol Qatar seems certain to attract record numbers of buying visitors and attendant media coverage."
"We're very close now to finalising the exhibitors' line-up but there is still time to join us next month.
