UASC Dubai relocates to new premises

United Arab Shipping Company (UASC) inaugurated its new UASAC Dubai (Agent in UAE) office premises in Port Saeed Area, Deira. From its new location, UASAC Dubai will continue to service its valued customers in Dubai and the UAE offering a wide range of containerized and analogue shipping services to over 200 port destinations around the world.
During the Event UASC's management congratulated the UASAC Dubai team for their long years of successful business in Dubai. UASC's Chairman Mr. Al Zaabi commented in his welcome speech: "The main reason for the relocation to new and larger premises is a result of the Mother Company's growth over the past few years. With the introduction of our 13,500 TEU vessels to our services connecting the UAE and the Arabian Gulf market with Asia through our AGX1 Service and with Europe through the AEC2 Service as well as the recent introduction of our new GEM1 Service connecting the Gulf with the Indian Sub-Continent, the Red Sea and the Eastern Mediterranean - all of which having proved extremely popular with our customers- UASC is preparing for further growth and the recent additions to our service network is only a step on the way to additional service benefits to our customers."
Mr. Abdulla Al Shamsi capitalized on the vital role UASAC gained over the years on the local and regional trade scene: "UASAC Dubai has a long standing history in the UAE with over 36 years in service, the Agency grew alongside its valuable Client base, and has been actively involved in the development of the sea born trade in the UAE. We continuously strive to offer the best comprehensive shipping solutions to our Customers and this move to a more spacious premises was made with the aim to deliver a more customer friendly experience, as part of gearing up our capabilities to better serve the growing trade of the UAE and of the global market."
