Islamic Development Bank allots $2.5bn for Egypt development projects
Saudi-based Islamic Development Bank (IDB) has said it has allocated $2.5bn for development projects in Egypt over the next three years to support its economy, Reuters has reported. "To assure the role of the banking group in supporting the development efforts in Egypt, the group decided to offer $2.5bn in financing over the next three years, that will be intended to finance development projects," the bank said.- » Bahrain 'accepts' F1 cancellation

Marriott International has announced that it is pushing ahead with its ambitious growth plans in the Middle East and Africa despite the unrest that has spread across the region.
