Virtuzone enhances capabilities with acquisition of top digital agency, Evolved Digital

The move is part of a comprehensive strategy and long term focus, designed to enhance Virtuzone's existing capabilities and boost its customer service operations and support, in order to deliver best-in-class customer experiences, and turn Virtuzone into a catalyst for small and medium-size businesses (SMEs).

Neil Petch, Chairman, Virtuzone, said, "By acquiring Evolved Digital, not only are we leveraging our strong positioning and reach in the local market, and ensuring we have a more agile way to address and pre-empt the evolving needs of our customers, but importantly, we're setting a critical foundation to build on, as we advance our strategy and achieve our future vision for the entire VirtuGroup."

The company has now in-house expertise in business management systems and CRM that will lead to the automation of all its operations, creating significant client value through more efficient processes, based on the Salesforce platforms. Virtuzone will also be able to package a suite of commercial services for its clients, such as graphic and web design and cloud computing solutions, right from the start, in addition, and at the same time with their trade license and visa.

Virtuzone is confident that the acquisition and the opportunities it brings along will lead to sustainable growth and profitability in the long term for the company and its customers. "We are now set up to concentrate on pursuing growth and developing and investing in new technologies and solutions that will boost our VirtuGroup companies, without sacrificing our ability to focus on our existing business and what has made Virtuzone successful," explained Petch.

The new digital services will roll out by end of the year under the direction of Patrick Crosbie, who founded Evolved Digital in 2008, and has now joined Virtuzone as Group Services Director. In this role Crosbie oversees the implementation of all CRM and business management systems, manages IT and digital media production, and is tasked with developing new value added services, such as graphic design, web design, CRM and cloud computing solutions for Virtuzone and VirtuGroup clients.
