Viva launches secure Quick Pay service

True to its word of being the Kingdom's most innovative telecom provider, Viva Bahrain has launched a new way to pay bills, with Quick Pay, an easy and secure online payment service.

The all-new service can be used not only to pay Viva Postpaid and Broadband bills, but to also top-up Viva Prepaid accounts using debit cards, credit cards or recharge cards.

Moreover, customers clearing their bills before the 15th of the month will receive a 5% discount, whereas customers paying off their bills before due date will receive a 2.5% discount by paying through Viva's own payment portal through the website or by Quick pay.

"Providing our customers with convenience is one of our key top priority at Viva Bahrain," commented Andrew Hanna, Viva Bahrain CCO. "Quick Pay is a value-added service brought by Viva to provide our customers with the option to make safe and secure payments online, from the comfort of their homes."

Viva customers now have the option to choose from an extensive array of payment methods in addition to the Quick Pay feature on its website, these include over 308 SADAD machines located across the country at shopping malls, pharmacies, government premises and hospitals; over the phone - by calling 124 and following the automated voice instructions; using Self-Service Machines located at Viva stores; Direct Debit - by registering bank account details for automatic deduction of the monthly bill or through 18 Viva retail outlets - to pay off bills by cash, credit or debit cards.

To use Quick Pay, all customers have to do is log on to www.viva.com.bh and click on quick pay on the top right hand of the screen. Customers will then have to enter their 8 digit Viva number, select their type of service and payment mode, enter the amount they wish to pay and click next to get a confirmation.
