Volkswagen Oman huge hit at Muscat Festival 2013

Highlighting the prominent presence enjoyed by Volkswagen in this year's Muscat Festival, Hemant Bhat, General Manager - Volkswagen Oman said, "This was a great opportunity to bring the Volkswagen brand into the fun and festivities of the famous Muscat Festival. The interactive Volkswagen stand really stood out to the crowds and was a resounding success. We received a huge number of queries from people wanting to know more about the special features for each vehicle, and our team was able to demonstrate the unique features designed to promote a safer driving experience - this is of paramount importance to Volkswagen worldwide and in Oman. As a part of the Zubair Corporation, the main sponsors of the Muscat Festival, we were proud to be associated with this edition of the Muscat Festival."

Wattayah Motors, Volkswagen's official dealer in Oman, were delighted to note the large crowds that flocked to their interactive stand to catch a glimpse of the Volkswagen Passat and Tiguan, models which have garnered a huge following in the Sultanate. Volkswagen also displayed a section titled 'Memories with Volkswagen' which was designed to give young aspiring 'drivers of tomorrow' a glimpse of their future behind the wheel of a stunning Volkswagen, while at the same time driving home the importance of being a safe driver. The photographs taken served as the perfect souvenir of the festivities for the children and their families and some were even showcased on a display for all visitors to see.
