- PRESS RELEASE
VPAR Live Golf Scoring announces the launch of its latest international operations centre in the heart of Dubai. From its UAE hub VPAR's dedicated local team offers the world's most advanced interactive golf tournament experience to clubs, resorts and event organisers across the Gulf.
"Spectacular global events energise the golf scene here, such as the DP World Tour Championship - the season-ending showpiece to the European Tour in November." Continues Ross Bain.
"I am delighted that VPAR can now offer the same immersive, competitive and professional tournament experience to amateur golfers at every club in the region."
VPAR UAE's debut was at one of the Emirates most anticipated events, The Dubai Golf Trophy, at the end of September. This Ryder Cup style event, contested over two days at the famous Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and Emirates Golf Club, saw 16 top ranked Amateurs play the top 16 ranked Pro's in the region. VPAR also supported a number of additional prestigious events in October including the Royal Golf Club's fifth annual Pro Am tournament in Bahrain.
Ross Bain concludes; "I am delighted by the fantastic feedback from our clients and players so far. It is very exciting to be able to introduce VPAR to the region and bring a whole new dimension to the golfing experience."
