New VW Golf tested secretly in Oman

Volkswagen is testing in Oman its new 2013 Golf MkVII, which was launched in Berlin, Germany last week, ahead of its official worldwide release, Muscat Daily has reported. The car is likely to be available in the GCC by the beginning of next year. "These tests go on quite often in Oman as manufacturers find the conditions here ideal for testing," a source associated with the company told the daily.
