Wasl Asset Management Group and its subsidiary Wasl properties are each awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification

Wasl LLC, one of Dubai's largest asset management groups as well as its subsidiary Wasl properties have both been certified as compliant under the standards of ISO 9001:2008 The Dubai based group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Real Estate Corporation (DREC) marked the achievement with a special gathering in the group's Corporate Office in Mankhool.
ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system, whereby an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently meet customer needs, while ensuring satisfaction in the product and services rendered
Since its inception in mid-2008, Wasl has consistently committed to the principles of Business Excellence and achieved certification under the Dubai Quality Appreciation programme in 2011.
Acting on ethical business principles built on a commitment to transparency and quality service delivery, the group has built a reputation for being an exceptional asset management conglomerate with consistently high client approval and service feedback. A customer-centric organisation, Wasl has developed management systems that are both responsive to local requirements and up to par with international standards.
Speaking after receiving the award, Mr. Al Qassim said, "We thank the ISO committee at Wasl and the support provided by LRQA in guiding us to achieve certification. This is a great honour for all of us and I sincerely thank every one of our staff whose dedicated work, innovative thinking and belief in the value of quality performance made this day possible. Representing Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, Mr. Brian Baxter said, "The team at Wasl demonstrated high levels of commitment, hard work and determination in implementing best practices in quality which are based on the ISO 9001 requirement.
