The Wave launches new residential projects

The Wave, Muscat has announced the start of construction of its Siraj and Reehan Gardens phases, which boast a total of 143 apartments and villas at Oman's leading integrated tourism complex, Oman Daily Observer has reported. Siraj apartments, the apartment phase adjacent to the Marsa Village Retail Centre, have sold 95% of its 40 units since its launch in February 2013. Construction of these luxurious apartments commenced in March 2013 and completion is expected in July 2014. Reehan Gardens comprises 103 large twin villas and traditional detached villas in three to seven bedroom configurations.
