Xerox Egypt welcomes Ashraf Elarman as the new General Manager

Xerox Corporation is proud to announce Ashraf Elarman's appointment as Country General Manager of Egypt operations.

Elarman has played a key role in Xerox's growth within Egypt during his 21 years in various posts in the company's sales, marketing and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) departments.

Most recently, he showcased his leadership skills as the Group Marketing General Manager, where he strove to build on Xerox's reputation as a premier global business solutions firm. He also proved his leadership mettle with his part in restructuring Xerox's "Go-To Market Strategy" that has enabled Xerox to serve its multitude of clients with improved, tailor-made solutions that promote efficiency, quicker response times and cost savings.

Mr. Marcus Childs, Vice President and General Manager MEA, Xerox, considers Ashraf Elarman as the ideal choice to lead the company's operations in the domestic market during the current period. He stated that the choice was based on Elarman's rich knowledge of the local market needs, his excellence and accomplishments with Xerox over the past years, in addition to his track record and long years of experience; factors that ensure the continuation of Xerox's long success in the Egyptian market.

"I am excited to continue my journey here at Xerox and I am more prepared than ever to meet our clients' needs in this challenging economic time," says Elarman. "Egyptian and international firms are looking to save money, but also find ways of streamlining processes and integrating technology into their everyday operations. We here at Xerox can provide those solutions and have already formed many longstanding partnerships with some of the biggest and competitive companies in the country. I want to build on that tradition."

Elarman has significant experience in Office and PSG and is a certified LSS Master Black Belt. His previous responsibilities included launching LSS deployment activities across DMO East.
