- PRESS RELEASE
Xpress Money, the growing instant money transfer service in the GCC, announced the launch of its unique customer loyalty programme 'Priceless' in Bahrain. As part of this programme, customers will receive cash back with every remittance transaction they make from any of its agent locations across Bahrain that use the Xpress Money platform.
The 'Priceless Loyalty Programme,' aims to provide additional benefits, besides the discount, to new and existing customers of Xpress Money.
These include an instant free gift upon enrollment, faster turnaround time and twice the chances to win during any of its other promotions from Bahrain.
Sudhesh Giriyan, Head of Xpress Money Business, said, "As our network grows and as more customers come on board, we are keen to give back tangible returns to our patrons. We have been running the 'Priceless Loyalty Programme' with a lot of success in the UAE and are happy to now extend it to our Bahraini customers. A cash back mechanism we feel is a good way to reward our regular customers. However, we intend to innovate further with our loyalty programme as our market penetration grows."
All necessary training has been imparted to Xpress Money agents and partners in Bahrain to conclude the programme seamlessly.
During remittance, senders will be provided with a unique 16-digit Xpress Personal Identification Number (XPIN) that they need to share with the beneficiary. Once the amount is credited, senders receive a confirmation via SMS.
