Youths and public visit Kuwait Finance House booth at job fair

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) booth at the job fair was visited by numerous youths seeking jobs and the public, in order to know more about KFH experience in recruiting young Kuwaitis and preparing them for the job market.

KFH employees at the booth answered the questions of the public and took note of their suggestions and opinions.

The Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Sheikh Mohammed Al-Sabah had inaugurated the fair earlier, where he visited KFH booth and listened to an explanation from HR Department Manager Mohammed Al-Jallal about KFH's role in developing young Kuwaitis.

Al-Jallal said that 62% of KFH employees are Kuwaitis, which reflects the management's policy to recruit and develop young Kuwaitis.

In addition, KFH is keen to develop the skills and abilities of its employees, since it firmly believes in investing in humans. KFH sees its employees as its most valuable assets, which prompts KFH to hold diverse training courses in various fields, in order to hone their skills and improve their performance; especially that the field of Islamic banking constantly evolves and develops rapidly.
