Zain Bahrain prepares its customer care team for better career

Manpower development, being one of pillar values of Zain Bahrain, and in its continuous efforts to build up on our superior customer experience, the company has signed an employee training programme with CariZMa FZ LLC, a Dubai based company specializing in Customer Interaction management for call centres.
Zain Bahrain's General Manager Mr. Mohammed Zainalabedin said, "At Zain Bahrain, we seek every opportunity to empower our team with new knowledge and techniques. We saw CariZMa's programme as a great opportunity to impart this to our Customer Care team. Every new training initiative is a new path towards better human resource management and a new door opened for Zainers to add value to their work and their careers. We are happy to partner an impressive roster of institutions with similar ideas: Tamkeen, BDO and CariZMa are confident that the results will be excellent."
"This programme is a continuation of a long term partnership with Zain in people development that started in 2004," said Adham Bahgat, Founding Partner, CariZMa. "We are keen to leverage our experience in the customer care and sales domains to the benefit of Bahrain, by leveraging our USA-based partners and our regional savoir-faire."
The Call Center School's classroom programmes, web seminars, and e-learning programmes are provided jointly with CariZMa.

Also included in the programme is The Fisher Institute for Professional Selling which will help to shape and sharpen the next generation of sales professionals at Zain Bahrain. Its' programmes are based on the latest in sales performance research and learning methodology and offer hands-on real-world applications that deliver lasting results. CariZMa has partnered with The Fisher Institute to offer sales training programmes that are reviewed and updated regularly.
