Mr Moore said: "The role at Zenith provides the perfect opportunity to combine all my expertise and I look forward to applying my skills in this role to contribute to the success of the company. There is great scope for expansion, especially in the new technology and automation side of the business, and we aim to achieve year on year growth in the Middle East and Africa regions."
Mr Smith will focus on enhancing the presence of Zenith in Asia with primary target countries including Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei and Australia.
He joins from Weatherford where he was the regional business unit manager for several production optimisation product lines and has more than 20 years experience in business development, product development and engineering across the energy, environmental monitoring and mining sectors. The unique offering from Zenith and Lufkin will appeal to companies here, and there are plans for further recruitment in the coming months to support our growth across the region."
Greg Davie, general manager of Zenith, said: "Zenith has been in a strong position for a number of years and the acquisition by Lufkin is the ideal catalyst to move the company to the next level.
