Zoom recognised as The Most Admired Retailer at Images Retail ME Awards

The annual awards, a culmination of the Middle East Retail Forum, commemorate retail excellence and honour top performing retailers and retail practices in the Middle East.

Lance Aird, Director of Retail Operations & Marketing at ENOC, who presented the latest food and grocery trends at the Forum, received the award on behalf of the organisation.

A panel of regional and international industry experts evaluated and selected ZOOM Market for meeting the stringent standards of quality, product selection, hygiene, competitive prices, as well as systems and processes combined with effective customer service, year-on-year growth and future growth strategies.

ZOOM was shortlisted in three categories: ZOOM Market for Most Admired Retailer - Food & Grocery, ZOOM Concept for Most Admired Brand Launch and ZOOM Dubai Metro for Most Admired Retail Store Design. Burhan Al Hashemi was also shortlisted for the Most Admired Retail Personality of the Year.

Located along Sheikh Zayed Road, ZOOM Market is an expanded version of the ZOOM stores found in ENOC and EPPCO service stations. 40 ZOOM stores are also available at 38 Dubai Metro stations, to extend convenience to commuters and residents.

ZOOM was recognised for its innovative and original store design and was awarded with the 'Store Concept of the Year' Award for the MENA region at the InRetail Summit 2012 held in Dubai.
