Ahlibank is now welcoming customers to its ‘new look’ branch in Al Markhiya.
The branch features the bank’s new brand identity with modern technology including interactive touch screens and tablets designed to enhance the customer experience.
This is the third branch opening in Ahlibank’s redesign programme aimed at providing the most personal banking experience at the heart of the Qatar community.
The branch features an exclusive Premium Banking Lounge, with two dedicated Relationship Managers serving as a single point of contact for Premium Banking customers’ account and investment management needs.
This service allows Premium Banking customers to conduct their transactions in a high quality and confidential environment.
Recent and further branch openings and the new brand identity mark a series of planned developments for Ahlibank with continuing investment in branch modernisation and technology.
Ahlibank’s refreshed brand identity is inspired by Qatar’s past icon of the oyster shell.
Just as the oyster shell protects and nurtures its treasure over time, Ahlibank seeks to adapt the same culture to its customers’ assets and likewise make them grow. This new look will be rolled-out across the entire branch network and is also reflected in digital advancements such as the Ahlibank website and Mobile Banking App.
