Arabtec CEO increases personal stake to over 8%

According to data from the Dubai bourse, the chief executive of Arabtec, Hasan Abdullah Ismaik, has increased his personal stake in the Dubai-based construction company to more than 8%, Reuters has reported. Ismaik's previous shareholding in the company has not been disclosed. Market regulations state that investors holding 5% or more must disclose their stake to the bourse. With a 21.57% stake, Abu Dhabi state fund Aabar Investments remains Arabtec's largest shareholder.
