A leading UAE property developer, AZIZI developments announced on Wednesday that one of its prime luxury properties, AZIZI. Iris, located in Al Furjan has been sold out. The lucky occupants will be moving into the premises early 2016 – the project is set for completion by December 2015.
Making the announcements at a well attended press conference in Dubai, Mohsen Kamel, CEO of AZIZI Developments said that with the current skyrocketing rents in the UAE, residents are now opting to purchase their own apartments. AZIZI.Iris offers spacious apartments that are fully furnished and suitable for end users who are the primary target audience for our company.
He further added that the convenient locality, affordability and luxurious properties being offered by AZIZI Developments is also one of the contributing factors towards the project being sold out.
“Our accomplishments and success so far provides a preview for what UAE property owners and the community in general can expect from AZIZI Developments in the future” said Kamel.
The CEO also said that the client satisfaction for the quality and the scheduled time of delivery of the project has been well commended.
He said that since the projects took off, there have been several serious buyers who have already booked their apartments much in advance. The Developer has currently another 4 projects under construction and for sale in Al Furjan; Yasamine, Ferouz, Liatris and Orchid.

Last week, AZIZI Developments also showcased at the four day Cityscape Kuwait exhibition where Kamel described their presence as an overwhelming response, adding that several GCC residents showed their interest in buying properties in the UAE.
“Our presence at the Kuwait Cityscape exhibition this year was the first outside the UAE and the response from the visitors had been overwhelming and beyond our expectations,” added Kamel.
This shows that the quality of our work and presenting the projects in good time is well received by the community at large, he said.
A month ago, AZIZI Developments also established its permanent stands at the Deira City Centre in a bid to reach closer to the people by showcasing some of its prime properties. Other similar outlets have also been planned for the Mall of the Emirates (MOE), Ibn Battuta Mall and Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi early next year.
Kamel said that the newly introduced concept of the permanent kiosks are part of the company’s strategic plan to establish a chain of easily accessible Information Centres to provide vital data on their latest ongoing projects.
The kiosks will comprise of an interactive display that will showcase some of AZIZI’s properties including large-scale models and brochures that will be served with staff who have the real estate know-how.
This he said is specially designed to get closer to potential Investors not only across the UAE but the entire region.
