Capital Club, the Kingdom’s Premier Private City Club, announces the second edition of its Capital Heels series with Kelly Armatage, Coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, under the title ‘The Psychology of Habits’.

The session will focus on the introduction of ‘A Serenity Kit’ (A.S.K), a popular three step technique that facilitates major changes in any area of a person’s life be it financial, emotional, career, relationship, health or self-esteem. A.S.K combines universal law, emotional freedom and the knowledge of learned behaviours and subconscious pay-offs to revolutionize people’s experiential realities.

Commenting on the A Serenity kit, Kelly said, “I have launched these kits in 2015 in Bahrain, around the Middle East, UK and the US and have received global reviews.  In fact The Sunday Express UK tested it and quoted A.S.K. as ‘a clever little kit.”

For over 8 years, she has been assisting the healing of individuals within the Middle East and has facilitated transformation for thousands of people across the region. In addition to being a coach she is also a Trainer, Facilitator and Writer.

Dina Haikel the general manager of Capital Club vouched that Kelly is an expert in coaching and behavioural change, known for her workshops and Corporate Training that facilitate major transformation, she works to increase the energy and fundamental change of any audience via her gift as an inspirational and engaging Speaker.

The first edition of Capital Heels took place last month and is platform for like-minded women to come together as a community and interact around issues that concern and touch them. As a community women have unique capabilities to bond regardless of whether they are CEOs or unemployed.  The Capital Heels events aim to bring the community of women even closer together.
