Cluttons appointed as sole commercial leasing agent and facilities manager for Danat Al Madina, Bahrain

Real estate finance developer, Eskan Bank has appointed leading international property consultant, Cluttons as the sole leasing agent and facilities manager for Danat Al Madina, a new large mixed-use development located in Isa Town, Bahrain.

Cluttons has been appointed to lease and manage the development’s 36 sub-divided commercial office units, which are split between two towers, as well as its 42 retail units and showrooms located on the ground floor, covering a space of 5,639 sqm. Cluttons will also manage the 324 residential apartments at the development, which Eskan Bank are currently selling.

Strategically positioned in the heart of Isa Town between the old market and Isa Town Mall, Danat Al Madina comprises of 15 six-storey buildings.
