The Smart Services Advisory Panel (SSAP) Forum application from Dubai Customs went live on https://ssap.dubaicustoms.ae, as a 24/7 smart communication channel with customers all around the world. A dedicated work team reviews and assesses clients’ feedback and its applicability once received. The team also addresses complaints and works towards resolving them in a speedy manner.

The Executive Director of Customs Development Division at Dubai Customs and Chairman of the SSAP Juma Al Ghaith expressed Dubai Customs’ strive to engaging clients in upgrading customs services and processes. “Dubai Customs always welcomes customers’ feedback which is a great source of development. He elaborated that Dubai Customs has previously announced establishing the Smart Services Advisory Panel with 34 members from across the business community who represent the majority of DC customers.
